Step-by-Step Guide to Placing an Ad:

Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Account
To list an item, you'll need an account. Visit our Create an Account page or log in if you already have one.

1.      Register as a new UCFS seller.

2.      Email Verification: Customers initiate the login process by entering their email address on the UCFS store's login page.

3.      We then send a unique six-digit verification code to the customer's email address associated with that account.

4.      The customer copies the code from their email and enters it into the designated field on the login page.

5.      Upon successful verification, the customer is logged into their account.

6.      UCFS may keep customers logged in for a certain period, such as 90 days, without requiring them to reverify with a new code.

7.      Complete your profile.

 

Step 2: Navigate to the “Place an Ad” section under your dashboard to begin your listing

Step 3: Enter Product Details

Provide complete specifications for your item. For cue listings, we recommend including the following information if known:

Step 4: Upload Photos or Videos - How to Upload Photos or Videos.

Upload clear, high-quality images or videos that highlight your item:

• Click “Upload Photos or Videos” (max length – 10 minutes) under the selected listing tier.
• In the pop-up file window:
• Navigate to the folder on your device where your cue photos are saved.
• Select all the relevant photos or videos (hold Ctrl or Shift on desktop for multi-select).
• Click Open to begin the upload.
• Once uploaded, you’ll see photo thumbnails attached to your listing.
• Drag and drop to reorder if needed. First image will appear as the main display photo.
• Tips:
• Include full cue view, close-ups of butt/forearm, joints, tips, any inlays, shafts, and included case.
• Well-lit, uncluttered backgrounds increase buyer interest.

✔ For best results, use clear, high-resolution images showing:

• Cue assembled (full view)
• Forearm and butt sleeve (close-ups)
• Joint area
• Shaft(s), tips, and any inlays or signatures
• Cue case (if included)

·         Photos should be clear, uncluttered, and well-lit.

Step 5: Choose Listing Type (Required)

Select the level of exposure and presentation you want for your ad. All listings must be paid (premium) and reviewed prior to going live.

Step 6: Select Payment Options

Indicate how you would like to pay for your listing. UCFS processes payments securely and protects both parties.

Available methods for buyer checkout:

·         Apple Pay / Google Pay

·         Escrow (for orders over $300 – recommended)

Step 7: Agree to Seller Terms

✔ I confirm that all details are accurate and that the item is in my possession.

✔ I understand UCFS will verify listings, and that payout is subject to successful transaction and confirmation.

8. Set Your Ad Preferences
Choose whether buyers can “Place an Offer”, whether you're open to trades, and if the item is available for escrow.

9. Review and Submit Your Listing
Double-check your specs, pricing, and photos. When you're ready, click Submit. Your ad will be reviewed for accuracy before going live.

Your listing will be reviewed within 24–48 hours and you’ll receive email confirmation once it’s published.
