• Sellers are expected to respond to inquiries in a timely manner and uphold honest transaction practices.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that is misleading, offensive, or violates our rules without notice.

3. No Guarantee or Liability

This site operates under a “Caveat Emptor” (buyer beware) policy. Used Cues For Sale is not responsible for the accuracy of any listing or the outcome of any transaction between users.

• We do not verify the authenticity or value of cues unless explicitly stated.
• We do not mediate or enforce private transactions unless using our official Escrow Service.
• We accept no liability for loss, fraud, damage, or misrepresentation by users.

4. Escrow and Offers

When using the Escrow Service, all offers must first be reviewed and approved by the site admin before being forwarded to sellers. The buyer’s payment is held in escrow until item delivery and approval.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for any of the following:

• Posting fraudulent or counterfeit items
• Harassing or scamming other users
• Violating these Terms or community standards

Freemium Listing Terms:
Freemium listings on Used Cues For Sale offer sellers the ability to post one item at no cost with unlimited duration. However, to maintain an accurate and trustworthy marketplace for all users, the following conditions apply:

1. Seller Responsibility – Once your listed item is sold, you agree to promptly mark the item as "Sold" in your seller dashboard. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of listing privileges.
2. Inactive Listings – UCFS reserves the right to review and archive Freemium listings that show no activity (e.g., no logins, updates, or responses) after 90 days.
3. Community Reporting – Listings flagged by multiple users as potentially sold or inactive may be temporarily hidden pending seller confirmation.
4. Listing Accuracy – Sellers must ensure that all posted listings remain available and reflect the current condition and status of the item for sale.

By using the Freemium listing option, you agree to these conditions to help preserve the integrity of our buyer/seller experience.
